This is great, but please can we have the answers to #1? Two of the questions were relatively straight forward, but the brain stem insomnia question is driving me mad. Of course, my answers to the other two questions may also have been wrong, but Iâd really like to know please.

Thank you for that. Since my relapse last August which has affected my walking and cycling hugely I have been painting a lot more and I am getting quite good, even if I say so myself. What it also has done is acted as a form of meditation and is forcing me to really observe everything around me. A positive outcome from a rather depressing experience.
