My aim is to do 1,000 push ups per day for one month and post each day’s video on some form of social media to help raise the money and also raise awareness of MS selfie and MS in general.
As I want people to donate while they watch my challenge is there a funding page or similar that can be linked to my site for funds to go straight to you?
I’m doing this for a number of reasons.
You have helped me massively and transformed my MS care to where I see there can be hope.
So I want to now help you as much as I can as a show of appreciation for how you have helped.
Also, by doing this challenge it will be great for me psychologically to know I can help.
I won’t go into detail but I will just say that 36 hours ago I had had enough of life and thought everybody would be better off if I wasn’t here.
Very very fortunately for me my wife and our children have guided me through this and forced me to see our GP who then put me on the path of a mental health crisis team who saw me and also my wife this morning. They will be monitoring me closely with face to face appointments until this is sorted.
Although I’m not out of the woods I’m a hugely better than 24 hours ago and can’t believe that I was thinking that way.
Enough babbling on from me, I can’t wait to get started and raise some money.
Yes! One thousand pushups per day for a month obviously this won’t be easy but it’s achievable and a challenge needs to be a challenge.
I am already a paying subscriber but also wanted to set myself a challenge in order to raise money for MS selfie, is this something you would accept?

Yes, this is possible and would be much appreciated. The money could go towards developing an online course for recently diagnosed people with MS.
