Question

The main problem I am dealing with concerning my multiple sclerosis (MS) is that my digestive system has gotten weaker to the point that I am now only able to empty my bowels using manual evacuation. My oesophagus and stomach are getting weaker to the point that food is getting stuck, and I am not emptying my stomach. This is causing pain in my epigastric area. Does MS cause autonomic dysfunction?
