If this person’s neurologist is unsure about the diagnosis, they can wait to see if MS declares itself. Often time is the best diagnostician.

Q1: Is it possible to have MS when there is no evidence of demyelination on the MRI brain?

Normal MRI

In short, yes, you can have MS with a normal MRI. However, the answer is much more complex than a simple yes or no answer ……
