EMSP Conference 2026
Are you able to attend (24th-25th April)? Online places are still available.
The EMSP Conference 2026 is one of the most important European events for people living with MS, NMOSD or MOGAD. This year, it takes place at NH Hotel Berlin-Friedrichstraße in Germany.
On-site participation is fully booked—but the good news is that you can join the entire conference online for free. Register here to attend the event online and join the #EMSP2026 Conference from 24–25 April.
This year’s theme: From Diagnosis to Access: Data-Driven Solutions – Building a Fairer Future for Patients
What to expect:
· Cutting-edge clinical insights
· High-level EU health policy discussions
· Practical, patient-centred solutions
· Networking with 100+ stakeholders from across Europe
If you are attending in person, please visit our MS-Selfie stand, which Blogger & Patient Advocate #Nele von Horsten will be manning on Friday, 24 April. Find out about our self-management resources for people with MS and our newly updated MS-Selfie DMT InfoCards – now available in English, German and Spanish!
I would be interested to hear whether any of you are non-native English speakers and readers who use MS-Selfie via Google Translate? I think that, as a web app, it has evolved to the point where it’s good enough to browse and read resources in multiple languages.
Accidental readers
If you have been forwarded this email and are not an MS-Selfie subscriber, please consider subscribing and helping MS-Selfie expand its resources for the broader MS community. MS-Selfie relies on subscriptions to fund its curated MS-Selfie microsite, MS-Selfie books, MS-Selfie Infocards, and other activities that extend beyond the MS-Selfie Substack newsletters.
Subscriptions and donations
MS-Selfie newsletters and access to the MS-Selfie microsite are free. In comparison, off-topic Q&A sessions are restricted to paying subscribers. Subscriptions are being used to run and maintain the MS Selfie microsite and other related activities, as I don’t have time to do this myself. You must be a paying subscriber to ask questions unrelated to the newsletters or podcasts. If you can’t afford to become a paying subscriber, please email a request for a complimentary subscription (ms-selfie@giovannoni.net).
Questions
If you have questions unrelated to the newsletters or podcasts, please email them to ms-selfie@giovannoni.net. Prof. G will try to answer them as quickly as possible.

I signed up for the online stream, but I've been unable to see anything as the video stream keeps telling me that the event hasn't started yet. I believe that there is something wrong with the Vimeo stream, and I'm really disappointed because the talks look really interesting.
